Goals are the seeds from which the future grows. By identifying what we value and establishing ways to show whether we are getting closer to or further from those goals, we have a better chance of making our way safely through the times ahead

While ParramattaTwenty25 will provide a clear vision of where Parramatta aims to be in 2025 and outlines broad strategies to get there, it will need to be complemented by specific and coordinated actions.
It is up to each organisation, business and individual to determine how it is to deliver on the strategies.
Government, business, Council and other stakeholders are invited to show how they are to respond.
As part of ParramattaTwenty25, Parramatta City Council will develop its own implementation plan. The implementation plan will:
- list specific high level actions to be taken
- assign responsibilities, both within Council and externally
- outline suggested priorities
- provide an indication of costs.
